The ALIKE Solutions
The ALIKE Solution is a digital twin solution made to quickly and efficiently create core data of large-scale cities. It can digitize vast areas of megacity-scales into 3D.
ALIKE 3D uses aerial photography and photogrammetry to create 3D models of entire cities. The resulting 3D models can be used as simulators to solve various urban problems and are essential to building smart cities.
ALIKE RD generates citywide road layout information. AI technologies such as deep learning and computer vision automatically extract road markings and even lane information. It's precise enough to provide lane-level navigation and is used for various mobility services and citywide transportation system research.
ALIKE HD creates HD maps for autonomous vehicles. By combining location information extracted from 3D models and mobile mapping system (MMS) data, the process of collecting and post-processing high-precision data was highly streamlined.
ALIKE M creates digital twins of large-scale indoor and outdoor spaces. Using our internally-developed mapping robots and wearable mapping devices, we can naturally integrate complex environments—indoor and outdoor, vertical and horizontal, flat surfaces and stairs.

NAVER LABS' internally-developed mapping robots and devices include the M-Series for indoor mapping, the R-Series for on-road, high-precision data collection, and the T-Series for mapping complex terrain such as stairs.
High-precision 3D mapping robot
The M-Series is a high-precision 3D mapping robot developed to efficiently produce digital twin data of large-scale indoor spaces. With its unique hardware and sensor structure, it collects high-precision digital twin data in an accurate and efficient manner.
Vehicle-type mobile mapping system
The R-Series is an MMS (Mobile Mapping System) developed by NAVER LABS. It's equipped with various sensors for data collection and is lighter in weight compared to the existing MMS equipment. 2D and 3D data collected while traveling on the road is used to create HD maps.
Wearable mapping device for complex spaces
The T-series is a mapping device for creating digital twin data of complex spaces such as staircases. With its flexible modularity and high scalability, it connects spatial data from different environments in the most effective manner, from indoors to outdoors.
